All cartridges must be free of damage to be recycled. We only accept empties from customers within the contiguous 48 states.

First, carefully pack your cartridges to avoid damage during transit. We recommend each cartridge should be individually wrapped, using newspaper.

Required contact information. Include the following details with your empties:

A list of the empties you want to recycle (please include the quantity of each type of cartridge).

Simply email us at recycling@value-ink.com with a completed list of the information above, or call us at (630)281-4110 and we will arrange for shipping or collection.

Your reward. After we receive your return, please allow us about 7 business days to process your return and send you your payment.

By participating in our Recycling Program, you agree to the above terms. Any failure to comply with these terms will result in rejection of your request, and because of processing and shipping costs we will not send your cartridges back.
